Over the weekend as it was such a bright clear day on sunday I decide to go up into the North York Dales and then across to the North York Moors. I went and did the Buttertubs pass in minus 4.5 degrees at the top it never reached positive figures until I got back into Leeds. Any one that gets Look North may of seen the 6 hikers that got trapped in the snow- I was up there
Crazy to be honest without a shovel or any real stuff to get me out of any trouble but we got out fine. Not sure I ever hit the NSL but I wasn't trying to. It was like a different world up there with 1-3ft of snow. Really pretty, If I had a good camera I could of got some epic shots up there. The buttertubs pass its self was plowed so it wasn't actually too bad. The Photos arn't in any order and I will just put a few up as well as ones with the car.
Any one got this far?
Well done, heres the pics
