Well after owning this for nearly 3 years I thought it was about time I started a RR on it.
My first SEAT was a ibiza cupra which was standard when i got it but thanks to this forum it wasn't long before the modding started.

It was time for a change so started looking at different cars. I love Evo's and scoobies but don't like the unwanted attention that they attract. I ended up narrowing it down to a S3 and a LEON Cupra R.
At first I didn't like the look of the leon but I saw a few in the flesh and decided it was the car for me.

I initially was set on a Silver LCR in Luna but at the time it was like looking for rocking horse manure. So the next best colour for me was Platinum.
As soon as I seen this colour in the flesh I immediatley prefered it over the silver and as the missus said "You see silver cars everywhere" lol.


Right enough of the story here's my ride. It used to be owned by Zboyd (forum admin) and alot of the mods were carried out by him.

I had them refurbed in Anthracite but wasn't 100% sure on the colour but for £20 a rim I stuck with the colour for abit.

Finally got the cash together to get the wheels refurbed bespoke stylee.

While the wheels were off being powdercoated it was time to tackle the brembo's

Nice mate, love the colour of the wheels, looking to get mine done in shadow chrome (very similar to yours i think). Not keen on the red on the grille though, but if you like then great

Well I've booked the car in for a custom stainless steel 3" downpipe and 200cel cat. So roll on the 19th. Although still abit unsure whether 2 get the cat or just a decat or even both. and swop them over when needed.


Also just ordered myself one of these beauties.

If your sticking the wotbox on i wouldnt be getting a cat, itl be getting spat out the back after not too long

I might get both cat and decat then. yeah ordered it direct from their site worked out cheaper than from eBay.

I've only just ordered it so ain't received yet. It converted to £139 Inc delivery. Which is £70 cheaper than the eBay one. So if I were to get hit by import tax it wouldn't be anywhere near £70.

It said on the checkout upto 10 days delivery. I'm hoping to fit it the same time as I get the downpipe.

Well it arrived today, ordered on the 2nd arrived on the 9th:

If all goes well i'll be fitting it this weekend. Oh and I never had to pay any import tax.
