I had a similar readout at TCS performance with a stage 1 jabba map, thing is the PD130 turbo and intercooler aint upto the job, so it really isnt possible.
Yeah there are ways the operator can produce differnet figures, dyno's are a lucky dip really, best to have a go on a few weel known ones if you want a proper figure.
mine rolled at 199.2bhp at TCS and numerous cars made the right figures that day but it just isnt possible really on the standard PD130 turbo, the PD150 is different
you'll find that 130bhp is the minimum power that engine apparentlly produced from the factory, truth is most cars make a fair bit more power straight out of the box than manufacturers lead you too belive i.e most pd150s produce more like 175bhp once ran in, pd130s 150bhp(ish) and the old R34 nissan skylines were rolling at 320bhp in standard form when the quoted figures were only (only he says) 280bhp.
thats only something i've noticed over the years but its open to debate
yeah its just a quoted sales figure to please that agreement, i've head of many people easyily getting 175mph+ in a car that can only supposedly do 155!?!
